You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. There is no mandatory membership period. If you wish to terminate your membership all you have to do is click on the My Account tab. Once your subscription has been cancelled, no further charges will be made to your card. Cancellation does not, however, affect other services and/or benefits linked to your user account for the period(s) charged. Please note that for technical reasons you cannot cancel your subscription to a service within the first 24 hours after having registered the account. If you wish to terminate your membership before the aforementioned lock period, please contact customer service directly. If you choose to not cancel your membership before the end of your trial period, then your trial membership will turn into a basic membership automatically and your card will be charged at the standard subscription price of:

After you have cancelled your membership, no further charges will be made to your card. Keep in mind you can always reactivate your membership or register a new service account at any time. Terminating your membership does not affect other enabled services on your wplearninghub.com user account for the period that have been charged already. wplearninghub.com will send you a notification of cancellation to the E-mail address indicated when you opened the account. Lost or non-delivered receipts do not annul the validity of your request for cancellation. This is based solely upon the information stored in the wplearninghub.com customer database. It is your sole responsibility to enter a valid E-mail address and to check spam folders.

The trial subscription price is non-refundable and refunds are not provided for incomplete monthly subscriptions. Refunds, discounts, or exclusive benefits may be granted at our sole discretion.

You may only terminate your initial purchase if your subscription has not been activated. Once you log into your wplearninghub.com account, your membership is activated. To withdraw your order, log out immediately after purchase and contact customer service by email.

If you wish to access our service, you must first pay €9.95 for a 3 trial period. The trial fee is non-refundable once the service has been activated.

Once the trial period ends, your subscription is automatically converted into a basic subscription according to our Terms of Service. Cancel your subscription before the trial ends to avoid additional charges. Contact customer support immediately if you believe you were charged incorrectly.

Our customer service is available open 24/7 all year round via email, chat, and phone. We recommend email as the primary contact method.

After cancellation, no further charges will be made to your card. Your information is deactivated in accordance with GDPR policies. Personal data can be erased upon request.

An introductory email with your login details has been sent to the email address used during registration. Please check your spam or trash folders. If you still cannot find it, contact customer support.
